Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in category through a customized and personalized shopping experience for all clients
  • Share category expertise to elevate the overall shop experience
  • Consult with clients and prospects regarding fashion trends and their individual needs
  • Support the shop team in execution of styling engagement  
  • Establish strong personal relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for SoHo and educate the clients on the value of being part of the SoHo team

Requirements
  • A strong sales interest and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven experience  
  • Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors 
  • A high degree of sophistication, and the ability to establish trust
  • Deep knowledge of luxury brands.
  • Great attention to detail and customer service
  • Expertise in product category
