Return Process

We hope you love your order! If you're not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 48 hours of signing for the package. All items must be returned in an unworn state, with all protective materials in place, as well as attached tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear different from our records and photos or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense. 
  • Please email info@soholuxuryexchange.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#) and USPS label.  
  • Any orders returned without a SLX issued RA# and label are considered the responsibility of the customer to insure. SLX will not be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
  • Any orders returned without a SLX issued RA# and label will be returned to the customer. Once your order is received and approved by the SLX team, a restocking and return fee of 2% will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

All items are pre-owned, many have been used or are vintage condition. Please view the photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Purchases are packaged and mailed within 2 business days.  Delivery is made  within 2-4 days via USPS Priority Mail. A signature will be required and tracking will be included. If faster shipping is necessary, please call or email us. Additional fees may apply.
